Understand identity verification

Travellers must complete identity verification before publishing a trip. You can check identity-verification information on a traveller’s profile when considering a request.

Creating an account and verifying an identity are different steps. Do not assume that every member has completed ID verification. A verification status is useful information to review alongside the trip details and your conversation.

Read the profile and trip together

Look at any available reviews, then read the actual trip. Check its route, dates, available space, accepted items and handover areas against what you need.

A new profile may have no reviews. Ask about details that matter to your package instead of filling in the gaps yourself. Neither reviews nor a verification badge replace agreeing the arrangements clearly.

Make the agreement clear

Describe the full package and agree the fee, pickup place and pickup time before payment. The Sender sees the total, including the service fee, before paying in the app.

Both people should check the information recorded in the Booking. For packages carried by travellers, payment is held until receipt is confirmed. The Booking shows the payment status and the next action.

Use photos and confirmations

At pickup, the traveller inspects the package and takes a clear photo. The Sender checks the photo before confirming the handover. At delivery, the traveller records another photo and the Sender checks with the receiver before confirming receipt.

Keep these steps in the Booking so the handover record stays together. App updates and photos document the journey; they do not provide continuous GPS tracking.

Act when something does not match

If a handover or delivery needs attention, open the Booking and use the problem-reporting action. Read the confirmation period shown there and report an issue before automatic confirmation.

Reporting a delivery problem pauses automatic confirmation and the traveller’s payment. Describe what happened and keep relevant photos and messages available. If you need further help, contact support with enough information to identify the Booking, without sharing your password or verification codes.
