Find a connection on your route

A Sender can search for trips or begin by posting a package. A traveller publishes a trip after completing the required identity verification. The trip describes the route, dates, available space and accepted items.

Compare those details with the package’s destination, contents and timing. Check the traveller’s profile, identity-verification status and any available reviews before deciding to send a request.

Make a request

The Sender chooses a posted package and asks for space on a matching trip. A traveller can also open a package and offer to carry it on one of their matching trips.

A sent request is a proposal. Nothing is agreed or paid at that point. The other person can respond, and the proposed fee may change before both people accept it.

Agree the details, then pay

Agree the fee, pickup place and pickup time together. Read any handover requirements and check the details before confirming them in the Booking.

The Sender then sees the total, including the service fee, and pays in the app before pickup. For this package-and-traveller flow, payment is held until receipt is confirmed. Recording delivery and receiving a payout are separate steps.

Check the package at pickup

The traveller checks the contents, weight, packaging and restrictions against what was agreed. They record the pickup with a clear photo. The Sender checks the photo and confirms the handover in the Booking.

If something does not match, address it before completing the handover. Use the problem-reporting action in the Booking when a confirmation needs attention.

Deliver and confirm receipt

At the destination, the traveller contacts the receiver, hands over the package and records delivery with a photo. The Sender checks with the receiver before confirming receipt.

The Booking shows the confirmation period and what happens next. Reporting a delivery problem pauses automatic confirmation and the traveller’s payment while the issue is addressed. The traveller can follow earnings, availability and payout setup in Wallet.

Keep the next step in view

Open Activity to find your Booking again. It keeps the handover photos, confirmations and next actions together. These are updates recorded through the app, rather than continuous GPS tracking of the package.
