Verify your identity and post your trip

Confirm your email and complete identity verification before publishing. Add the route, departure and arrival dates, available kilograms, rate and flight details requested in the app.

Explain the pickup and delivery areas you can cover. State which items you accept and which you will not carry. Accurate trip details help Senders decide whether to request space.

Choose what you carry

Review requests on your trip, or find a package and offer to carry it on a matching trip you have posted. Read the contents, weight, destination and timing before agreeing.

Discuss anything unclear with the Sender. A request does not require you to carry a package that does not fit your trip or the applicable restrictions. Check airline and destination rules as well as the information in the app.

Agree the reward and handover

Review the proposed fee and reach an agreement with the Sender. Agree the pickup place and time in Chat, then confirm the details requested by the Booking.

The Sender pays in the app before pickup. Check the Booking’s payment status before collecting the package; an accepted request alone is not confirmation of payment.

Inspect the package at pickup

Check the actual package against the posted description before recording pickup. The app guides the checks and asks for a clear photo. The Sender then checks the photo and confirms the handover.

  • Make sure the contents match the description.
  • Check weight, packaging and prohibited items.
  • Record a clear pickup photo in the Booking.

Hand over to the receiver

Use the landing update when the app offers it, then follow the next actions for each package. Contact the receiver, arrange the handover and record delivery with a photo.

Keep the Booking up to date. The Sender needs to check with the receiver before confirming receipt. If a problem is reported, follow the instructions shown in the Booking.

Follow your earnings in Wallet

Receipt confirmation starts payment release. Open Wallet to check your earnings, their availability and any payout setup you need to complete.
